Nate Czarnota
I have had a lifelong love of dogs and began my training journey in 2012 in the shelter and rescue system working with some of the most unfortunate cases in Baltimore City. I opened Baltimore Dogworks, LLC in 2015 and we quickly became a local favorite due to our ability to work with tough behavioral cases, provide honest feedback and information, and apply various training modalities with tact and intelligence. In 2024 we rebranded to Iron Oak Dog Company as our service offerings continue to expand into versatile hunting dogs and new hunter education.
I am the current president and training director of the Potomac NAVHDA chapter, and a regional representative for KlM-GNA. I am a member of the Atlantic Chapter of VDD-GNA, KlM-GNA, NA-JGHV.

Dogs have been a part of my life since I can remember. My first dog, a Brittany named Becky, was a gift from my parents for my 3rd birthday. Fast forward a few (many, many) years and I have a sporting breed once again, the Kleine Munsterlander.
My passion lies with puppies and helping clients connect and communicate with them right from the start. The ability to take advantage of optimal learning opportunities during the sensitive developmental periods, before certain behaviors have a chance to manifest into problems, is priceless. I enjoy training and hunting my Kleine Munsterlanders, Ebbi and Archer (Ebbi’s son).
